Esthetic crown lengthening
This patient's gums did not recede normally to expose her teeth, giving her a "gummy" smile. After esthetic crown lengthening by a periodontist (gum specialist), we restored her smile with all-ceramic crowns to lengthen her teeth and improve the contours and shade.

This young woman had porcelain veneers placed when she was a teenager, and since then her gums receded exposing the margins of her veneers, and her teeth had shifted. After orthodontic treatment she had esthetic crown lengthening to make her gum contours even, and then we restored her teeth with porcelain veneers.
