Dental Implants
A failing bridge led to extraction of the supporting teeth. We replaced her missing teeth with two dental implants, stock abutments and porcelain crowns to restore her bite, function and esthetics.

This patient had a failing upper front bridge and supporting teeth. Three teeth were removed and three implants placed. The implants and adjacent teeth were restored with porcelain fused to metal crowns and a bridge.

Six implants were added by Dr. Mark Keiser and a bar fabricated to support an upper complete denture. We also replaced the denture teeth on his lower partial denture to level the plane of his bite and give him improved function and esthetics.

Severe bone loss from gum disease and fractured teeth from a clenching habit resulted in this patient losing several teeth. We selectively replaced the most important teeth for bite support and chewing function with dental implants after achieving healthy gums with a combination of laser and antibacterial treatments. Implants were placed by Dr. Karl Zeren.

When we first saw this patient, she had an upper removable partial denture and she had never been told to remove it at night. This resulted in a yeast infection under her partial. She also had two teeth broken off at the gum line. She decided to replace her missing teeth with dental implants, eliminating the need for a partial denture and allowing her gums to heal. Implants were placed by Dr. Xavier Mata.
